ESP Stakeholder Event: 4 March 2015

25 February 2015

The Launch of the Entrepreneurial Skills Pass: the European Passport to train, work and start up. JA-YE Europe and its partners (WKO, Foundation for Entrepreneurship - Young Enterprise Denmark, CSR Europe) are hosting a high-level roundtable lunch with policy stakeholders from the public and private sector on March 4th 2015. The event is graciously hosted by MEPs Petra Kammerevert, Member of the Committee on Culture and Education and MEP Jutta Steinruck, Member of the Committee on Employment and Social Affairs and supported by Visa Europe.

The event aims to raise awareness about the importance of boosting uptake of entrepreneurship education in Europe. Young people benefit not only because they build competences that are essential in any career, but they improve their entrepreneurial potential, financial capability and employability. We are introducing the Entrepreneurial Skills Pass (ESP) at this forum as one concrete example of how we can work together to respond to the needs of young people and businesses in order to facilitate students’ transition from education to entrepreneurship or employment
