Eduardo Lanza Telefónica S.A.

Eduardo Lanza Saiz Holds the position of Senior Manager of Telefónica’s Brussels Office since February 2007, leading its regulatory and public policy in the interaction with the European Union (EU) institutions. In this capacity, he currently represents Telefónica with the European Institutions and Trade Associations as for instance European Telecommunications Network Operators’ Association (ETNO) and European Internet Foundation. He joined Telefónica in 1998, being responsible of marketing services for business and in 2004 he was appointed head Wholesale Services for Internet Services Providers. Prior this position, he worked for Microsoft in Spain and he was the head of Counter- Piracy. He holds a Business Administration & Marketing degree from ESIC University of Madrid (1998) and in 2012 a Master in Communications & Media Regulation of the European University Institute & Florence School of Regulation.
