Nadezda Kokotovic NIS Gazpromneft

Nadežda Kokotović was born in 1978 in Moscow (Russian Federation).

She graduated in Russian and English language at the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade. She obtained the master degree in International Relations from the Kent University (Great Britain) with the dissertation dedicated to relations between Russia and US in the energy sector.

From 2002 to 2009 she worked in the European office of the Austrian development organization SOS-Kinderdorf between Sarajevo and Vienna, first as an officer and soon as an advisor for international advocacy and lobbying.

At the same time she pursued her career as a translator for Russian language in Sarajevo for all kinds of translation, including simultaneous translation.

Since 2009 she has been working in NIS, first as an assistant-translator to CEO only to soon become a head of the CEO secretariat. Since 2011 she serves as the Chief of Staff to CEO and supports the CEO in his academic work. In parallel, she has been head of the NIS EU Liaison Office and Representative Office in Brussels since 2012.

She strongly put NIS as a leading Serbian company on the Brussels energy map. Since 2014 she lives and works between Brussels and Belgrade.
