Natascha started her career in the automobile sector and fast moving consumer goods.
The first 3 years of her career she combined a full time job and schooling in the evening to get a bachelor degree in Marketing.
Then some 11 years ago she started working with ManpowerGroup.
Initially started as a business developer, but after 6 months got her own Manpower Branch in Belgium.
After 1.5 working as a Branch Manager she started up the Manpower Onsite business, the beginning of a passion.
This started with 2 onsite clients 10 years ago and today results in 40 clients spread across Belgium.
Natascha evolved from Account Manager onsite, to Area Manager and the last 3 years as Business Unit Manager for the onsite business.
In this job she combined people management, sales & operations on a daily basis.
She designed the strategy of the onsite business in Belgium and also started up a Client Service Center to better support the field teams.
In February 2018 Natascha felt it was time for the next step in her career within ManpowerGroup.
She started working as International Account Director in the European team of ManpowerGroup.
In this job focus will be on growing the clients, together with the different ManpowerGroup Brand and countries.
