Lynn Coutigny is Managing Director Belgium at Right Management.
Since 1986, Lynn has been active in the field of Human Resources. She started her career at Alternative Management Consultants, an organization specialized in individual outplacement for executives. In 1989, she founded her own company, Curriculum Plus, individual outplacement for employees and blue collar workers.
In 1995, she became General Manager of Alternative International. They took over Coutts Outplacement Belgium and became Coutts Alternative, specialized in individual outplacement for executives and managers.
With this take-over, she became Managing Director for Coutts Alternative and Curriculum Plus for Belgium and Luxembourg. She also became Managing Director of Scan-In, created in 1996 that helped employees during times of change in their companies.
Coutts Alternative, Curriculum Plus and Scan-In were part of the International Coutts Consulting Group, that was taken over by Right Management Consultants in 2002.
Lynn then accepted the role of General Manager for Right Management Consultants (Belgium & Luxembourg) and became responsible for the Career Transition Division. In 2005 she completed this role with the additional responsibility for Organizational Consulting. Which led to her position of General Manager Benelux at Right Management.
6 years later, in 2012, after consistent growth and profitability in the Benelux areas of both Career Management and Talent Management, Lynn has been appointed to a new position within the organisation as SVP Career Management Solutions EMEA. Next to this role, she remained Managing Director for Belgium.
Since 2015, Lynn focuses on the Belgian market as MD of Right Management.
