As Chief HR Innovation & Delivery, he led for 5 years the HR Shared Services at AXA, and centers of expertise in Strategic Workforce Planning, People Analytics, HRIS and HR Transformation.
In his current role as Chief Talent & Employee eXperience, he can fully leverage his strategic and innovative thinking, his high level of energy and his informal roll-up-your-sleeves-and-get-it-done leadership style, to try and make a change and create a sparkle in every step of the candidate and employee journey, every day again.
As a former professional football player and contemporary dancer, he now spends his free time on the salsa dance floor, singing, playing and maintaining his Polish roots in a folk band, and enjoying life to the fullest with his 6-year old princess daughter.
