L4D completely outshined my expectations. I got to meet a tremendous amount of people and got to see places I would never be able to visit under regular circumstances. Prior to L4D, my experience with entrepreneurship as a work routine meant either sitting behind an office desk or being surrounded by the walls of a way too cozy conference room for countless hours. In Brussels, I witnessed that the reality does not necessarily have to be so black and white.

"Give them the power to change their world." I think this statement of JA Europe fits really well describing the organisation. The participation in the programme of JA definitely has changed my world. During the founding of our own mini-company in school I have learned a lot about entrepreneurship and leadership.

My Leaders-for-a-Day experience was definitely one of the best moments of my JA journey. Having the opportunity to observe the way a real company functions and discuss with a successful leader is an amazing experience that helped me learn new things and meet new people. All the fellow students were awesome, we had a great time during the programme and we are already planning a reunion!
