"Give them the power to change their world." I think this statement of JA Europe fits really well describing the organisation. The participation in the programme of JA definitely has changed my world. During the founding of our own mini-company in school I have learned a lot about entrepreneurship and leadership.
I was really excited, when I heard of Leaders-for-a-Day and wanted to join, so I applied. I think it is a great chance for young people to learn a lot about daily business processes and the most important values of a successful company by an experienced leader. I had a great time in Brussels with interesting people from all over Europe. It was so fascinating to exchange our experiences with JA. And especially the day with my leader, Andreas Tegge, Head of Global Government Relations at SAP, was amazing. He gave me a lot of useful advice, which I will definitely remember, when I will start my own company. I want to thank Andreas Tegge and JA Europe for this amazing and wonderful experience.
