Bjarne Christoph Astor, Germany

Leaders-for-a-Day was very insightful as I got to experience the working day of the Chief Operating Officer of a multinational (Tine Vandenbreeden, SAP BeLux). My leader showed me how to handle a massive workload professionally and how to adapt to different settings and people immediately, smoothly and authentically.

Meeting all the other participants all over Europe was fantastic. We got to know each other quite well in just two days and I am looking forward to hopefully meet them again. Everything that I have experienced with JA has definitely shaped my personal development. For example, I think I am more proactive and better in networking thanks to Junior Achievement.

The Entrepreneurial Skills Pass has been a true door opener! It enables me to attend outstanding events and to meet inspiring people from all over Europe! Thereby, the ESP Certificate ties me to entrepreneurship education also after the end of the student company programme and played a key role to make me an active JA Alumni.

Leaders-for-a-Day 2018 was a wonderful experience! I am very thankful to JA Europe and especially Cait Cameron for the perfect organisation. The whole contact was not only highly professional but also extremely friendly and welcoming.
